Postage or Pick-up

We deliver preserving glass jars to Australia-wide via Australia Post or courier depending on the size and urgency of your order. Our aim is to offer the most reliable and competitive delivery rates possible. Pick-up from Brisbane is available from our Mackenzie 4156 location (close to Upper Mt Gravatt). Please note; payment is required prior to pick up and orders will be left outside our front door which is sheltered.

Delivery Timeframes

Once funds are received, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt of your payment. We will endeavour to process and send your order within 1-3 business days from date payment is received. In the event the item is out of stock, we will advise of any delays when you first make contact with us.

We deliver our preserving glass jars with metal twist lids to all cities and rural areas surrounding Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, Tasmania, Perth and Darwin.


Damaged Items Received

We pride ourselves on our secure packaging methods to ensure you receive your glass jar order in 100% perfect condition. Very rarely do breakages occur during transit. In the event this occurs, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We do replace any broken items free of charge as long as sufficient photo evidence is provided.

Refunds & Product Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your items received, we do offer refunds within 14 days of receiving your goods. Your reasons may include the following: incorrect size ordered, not what you were hoping for or no longer required. A refund will be provided once your items are received in original 'new' condition. Please note; only the value of items being returned will be refunded and not the original postage charged. The postage to return your items will be at your own cost and we will notify you as soon as they are received. In the event we have supplied you with the incorrect product, we will cover the cost of postage for the items being returned and we will arrange for the correct product to be posted asap.

We offer Product Exchanges if you wish to swap for another item. Please contact us to arrange the return and supply of replacement items.

Preserving Glass Jars - Product Information

Our Preserving Jars are 'food grade' and suitable for preserving purposes either for hot or cold fill. They are supplied in brand new condition, however if you are preserving pickles, making jam or chutney etc it is strongly recommended the jars are cleaned and sterilised prior to filling. There are various sterilising methods you can use (find on Google).

The jars include standard metal twist lids with a high acid resistant inner coating.
The suitability of filling use of our products remain the responsibility of the buyer.
